Webflow allows us to harness the power that custom development provides, through a visual interface and seamless content management system. In other words, we can build highly customized, powerful websites in a fraction of the time (and at a lower cost) that it would take for a team of developers.

Pricing varies from project to project. Typically, a custom website with one to three pages starts at $1200, and pricing increases based on features, complexity, and number of pages. We do not charge by the hour when building your site, and we'll always give you a clear, upfront price at the beginning of the project.

Typically, the web design process can take anywhere from two to eight weeks. Keep in mind that project timelines depend heavily on factors like scope, complexity, communication time, and budget. We are usually able to complete most websites in about four weeks.

Absolutely. In 2022, it's crucial to stand out online, and we believe the best way to do that is to have a highly tailored website that harmonizes with your brand and tells your story. We do not use templates, and if we need to build on a template based platform like Shopify, we'll create a template from scratch specifically for your website.

By default, all sites we build will be optimized for search engines. But, SEO is an ongoing effort. Industry trends, algorithm changes, and consumer expectations are always shifting. To ensure that your site continues to rank up in an ever-changing digital world, consider adding one of our SEO packages to your site after completion.

Yes, absolutely! Our mission is to continue to help you grow online. All sites enrolled in a hosting plan receive an hour per month of on-call support (you can add more with a maintenance package.) After we launch your site, we'll record a training video up to two hours in length, which you can access at any time. Additionally, you can access Carbon Creative University for a complete walkthrough of your site.

Yes, and it's so easy to do that we encourage you to update your website when it's finished.

At the conclusion of each project, we'll provide you with access to Carbon Creative University, which is our onboarding and training platform designed to train you to proficiency with how to use your website. It's got video and text content explaining how to update the content of your website, publish blog posts, add portfolio items, and a variety of other web design tasks.

We'll also give you a pre-recorded video training showing specifically how to use your website, and you can access it at any time.

We don't include maintenance hours with your plan, other than ensuring that your website stays up, hosted, and the domain stays connected. We optimize your site for on-page SEO at the start, but make no changes after that. If you need changes to your website after the two week grace period post-launch, we bill you for our time at a rate of $100.00 per hour, up to the nearest 15 minutes, and will invoice you after we've finished. However, we offer discounted hourly rates and extra features with a website maintenance plan, and we encourage you to add one for maximum growth potential.

Absolutely! As more people are using mobile phones to browse the internet, we believe that it's critical to have a mobile site in order to reflect well on your company. Rest assured that your website will be completely mobile friendly, no questions asked, and at no additional charge.

We understand that a website is a big investment in your company's online presence, so we offer multiple plans to help you budget for it. Our typical payment structure is 50% down and 50% on completion for smaller sites, or 40% upfront, 30% halfway, and 30% at completion for larger sites. However we offer many different options (pay monthly, for example) and we are willing to work with you to modify the structure to fit your business needs.

You have a lot of input in the process — this is your website and we want to make sure that it comes out exactly the way you envisioned it. Your feedback is crucial to this process. We'll provide our expert opinion where we think it would be valuable, but will most often defer to you unless it would negatively impact your online performance. You know your business, and you have the vision for the website, so we want to make sure that it comes out how you envisioned.

Usually, you would be responsible for writing the content for the site. You know your business best, so the highest quality website will have content straight from you. Content includes photos, videos, text, blog posts, portfolio items, etc. If you are in need of photos or videos for your business, we offer photography and videography solutions that we can discuss in the proposal process. Additionally, for an extra charge, we can professionally create your site's copy if you don't have copy or don't want to write any.

For upfront clients, due to the nature of the Webflow CMS we use to build our sites, we'll bill you $25.00 per month to host your website. With this plan, we'll handle all the nitty gritty, and make sure your site stays up and running, and compliant with industry standards. With our hosting, you get amazing benefits that you won't find anywhere else. You get a free SSL certificate, managed by us, a blazing fast content delivery network (CDN) to ensure lightning fast load time, and state of the art Amazon Web Servers, an industry standard. If you need your site exported and hosted elsewhere, let us know in the proposal process. Depending on your site's scope, this may incur additional charges.

Before the project is finished, we own the rights to anything we create during the process, including, but not limited to: site structure, site design, copywriting and any image or video assets. Once the project is paid in full for the amount quoted in the contract, you will own everything on your site. While we host your website for you, you own the rights to everything we create after payment in full. If you decide that you'd like to go elsewhere, we'll export your site's code and send it to you—no questions asked. We want you to stay with us because you want to, not because you have to.

Our processes and tools are designed to work most effectively on websites that we build, so typically, we cannot. With that being said, we can definitely transfer over content and media to your new website, that way you won't have to write all new copy or create new media.
