Jenifer Standish, the founder of Havenly Real Estate Group, had a vision for something different in the world of Oklahoma real estate: a brokerage that was unrivaled in its customer service, one that would provide a better experience for both buyers and sellers alike. And so, in 2016, Havenly was born.

Jenifer's decade of experience in the industry equipped her and her team with the knowledge and expertise needed to get any job done efficiently and correctly. By prioritizing customer service and relationships over their commissions, they quickly rose to become one of the top 100 brokers in Oklahoma in less than 5 years.

However, as their business continued to grow, they realized that their website was not keeping up with their level of service. The site was outdated, difficult to use, and didn’t reflect their brand well. Built on WordPress with a bland design and interface that is difficult to navigate, their website simply wasn't going to cut it anymore.

Our first plan of attack was to sit down with Jenifer and her team to get a better understanding of their business, their goals, and what they wanted their website to achieve.  From there, we came up with a new site architecture that would be more user-friendly and reflective of their brand.

We also took a close look at their content and determined that there was a lot of outdated information that needed to be updated or removed altogether. In its place, we created new content that would be more relevant to their target audience and help Havenly further establish itself as the go-to brokerage in Oklahoma.

Armed with a plan and content strategy, we set to work on designing a custom Webflow website that would bring Jenifer's vision to life.

During the process, we integrated a powerful IDX solution, IDX Broker, onto the site, which would allow Havenly's customers to search for homes in the Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas. This was a key feature that needed some more work on their old site, and we knew it would be essential in helping them attract and convert more leads.

After about twelve weeks, from the initial call to deploying the final product, we had built Havenly a brand new website on Webflow that was lightyears ahead of their old site.

The new site is fast, sleek, and easy to navigate, with a design that perfectly reflects their brand. And with the integration of IDX Broker, their customers can now easily search for homes in the Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas.
